A diversified business school curriculum covering strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and leadership — applied directly to your startup at each stage of development.

Optional academic certificate

Layer your incubation experience with a graduate-level academic certificate from a selected accredited business school, at an additional cost paid directly to the institution.

A living, breathing startup at graduation

At the end of 12 months, you will walk away with a real startup — not a business plan on paper. A functioning entity, with leads, a pitch deck, tested assumptions, and a clear roadmap for growth.

The year is divided into four structured phases, each ending with a concrete milestone. You always know where you are and what comes next.

Months 1–3

Foundation — Idea to Framework

Map your startup using the Organizational Coordinate System. Define your vision, validate assumptions, and establish your leadership identity.

Months 4–6

Activation — Framework to Market

Execute the Journey to a Thousand Leads — direct, real-world contact with your market. Test your offer and refine your positioning based on live feedback.

Months 7–9

Development — Market to Product

Deepen product-market fit, develop financial projections, and build operational infrastructure. Address team dynamics and scaling assumptions.

Months 10–12

Launch — Product to Startup

Finalize your investor pitch deck and executive summary. Present to the cohort and invited guests — ready to grow.

A slide deck presenting your business idea, target market, and initial vision. It doesn't need to be perfect — it needs to be honest.

2-minute intro video

A short video introducing yourself — who you are, what your idea is, and why you're committed to building it. Filmed on a phone is fine.

With a PhD in alternative entrepreneurial education, 19+ years of coaching experience, and a background spanning CEO, crisis coach, academic, and TEDx speaker — she brings rigorous methodology and deeply human practice to every founder she works with, from teenagers exploring their first idea to executives building within global organizations.

Alongside Elena, Startup Cielo™ participants are supported by a diverse community of mentors — business professionals drawn from a wide range of industries, cultural backgrounds, professional disciplines, and age groups.
