Map your project using the Organizational Coordinate System. Identify dependencies, internal champions, blockers, and establish your leadership positioning.

Validation — Framework to Stakeholders

Build your internal business case, test with key stakeholders, and begin refining the operational and financial model.

Building — Stakeholders to Structure

Develop team structure, governance, and KPIs. Address change management and the human dynamics of building inside an existing system.

Launch — Structure to Entity

Finalize your project pitch deck and executive presentation. Walk away with a self-sustaining internal entity ready to scale.

With a PhD in alternative entrepreneurial education, 19+ years of coaching experience, and a background spanning CEO, crisis coach, academic, and TEDx speaker — she brings rigorous methodology and deeply human practice to every founder she works with, from teenagers exploring their first idea to executives building within global organizations.

Alongside Elena, Startup Cielo™ participants are supported by a diverse community of mentors — business professionals drawn from a wide range of industries, cultural backgrounds, professional disciplines, and age groups.
